Virginia - Honoring all States Certification, however, Utah does not honor this certification at this time. Work is continuing but may take until late 2008 to be completed - as of July 1, 07
New York - No agreement in place at this time with any other State. Discussions concerning reciprocity started.
Kansas - No agreement in place at this time. Kansas DOT beginning review of Pilot/Escort Issues to address reciprocity if possible.
