Can I renew a certification that is not Utah, Washington or Colorado?
No, USPilotCar only offers certification for Utah, Washington and Colorado, if you do not have a Utah, Washington or Colorado Certification we cannot renew your certification. If you would like to get Utah, Washington or Colorado Pilot/Escort Certification, check out our training schedule.
Can I become an instructor?
At this time, there is not an instructor course. We only offer training for the Pilot/Escort Certification for Utah, Washington and Colorado.
Can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds for online or on-site training courses. Upon registering we send you study materials, there are fees associated with this action. We do allow you to transfer to a different date/location or to replace yourself with another person. There are no refunds. Please check our return policy for more details, as well as details for returning products.
do i have to use a webcam during the course?
Yes, as part of the requirements to take an online training course. You will have to have a device with a webcam enabled during the entirety of the training. Please dress accordingly, as if you were attending a training live in person. There will be other attendees logged in taking the training with you. If you do not have your webcam enabled, the instructor will ask you to turn it on. If it becomes an issue, you may be excused from the training.
Where is the certification accepted?
The Utah Certification currently has reciprocity with 13/14 states that are requiring certification. It will be accepted everywhere, except New York.
The Washington Certification currently has reciprocity with 13/14 states that are requiring certification. It will be accepted everywhere, except New York.
Colorado Certification currently has reciprocity everywhere that requires certification, except: New York, Virginia and North Carolina.
What is the cost to take the course?
Online Course: $265.00 – $355.00
On-site Course in Utah or Colorado or Washington: $295.00 -$365.00
On-Site Course anywhere else in the U.S.A: $315.00 -$390.00
Course fees depend on the date you sign up, and which options you select. You can find out the exact fee for a specific course, when you click to register. If you are outside of the U.S. additional shipping charges will apply.
Are there discounts for groups?
USPilotCar is not currently offering group discounts. We do offer discounts if you have a private class of 12 or more attendees. The discount is on a case to case basis. Call for more details and to make arrangements.
What do I do if I lose my certification card?
Good news, we have your information and photo on file. Simply give us a call and we’ll look up the information. A duplicate card will be mailed to you for a fee of $30.00.
