Completion of the re-certification WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon completion of the online re-certification program, USPilotCar will review your score. If you pass with the required 80% accumulative score, and have supplied us with the required documents, we will mail your Pilot/Escort and Flagger Certification to you. If you have not turned in the required documents, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know that we need some or all of the required documents. Upon submitting them, we will release your Certification.

Colorado Insurance
Colorado requires proof of insurance prior to any pilot/escort certification being issued. This insurance must meet the requirements of Colorado rule 500.4.3
MVR - Motor Vehicle Report
Utah MVR Requirements: Last 3 year period, and dated within the last 30 days.
Colorado MVR Requirements: For the last 5 year period, no older than 30 days. Must be free and clear of any drug/alcohol related offenses and any single moving violation penalty assessment of 6 points or greater.
(The MVR must be no older than 30 days when USPilotCar receives it, if you mail this, we do not use the postmark date.)
