USPilotCar is an approved provider of the Utah and Colorado Department of Transportation Pilot/Escort Driver Certification program. As such, we hold certification class’s in areas outside the States of Utah and Colorado. If you have reviewed our current list of class’s noted on our website and do not find a class that is in your area, you may submit this form to us.

When we receive this request, we will put your name on our interest list. When we have approximately 10 to 12 people noting an interest in your general area, we will begin work to establish a date for a class and the meeting location.

When we have a firm date and a location established, we will be in contact with you about this class and
let you know that it has been scheduled. You are under no obligation to attend this class.
